TOLD YOU NOT TO BUY YET,plenty of time for bottom fishing, nxt month is shopping time for me and will chip away for quite a while as nice pile of profit all waiting to re-invest,that was the best 12 months i have ever had >)))

Awaiting your command Master Jon. I am your new loyal subject. :)

I've moved to accumulate property funds. Does anyone here know how it works? The fund states that it has a leasehold of 25 years left on a certain property. And this fund has already paid the total amount required to leasehold this property, let's say. 3 billion baht. My question is, once the 25 years are up. What's next? I know the fund says, it is available to renew once the time is up. But does the fund need to pay another 3 billion baht to be able to lease another long period? Because I dont see the funds keeping any money to prepare for this, it pays out 90-100% dividends.

Ah, yes, Master Jon...

May...in your humbly regarded opinion, does closing out positions include all stocks until sometime in later June? Even CPF and my property stocks AP,PS??
Thanks.

SET: the 50 day avg is still holding, but the usual afternoon sell-off could break it.
With the foreigners selling heavily yesterday I think I will wait till monday before making a decision to re-enter.

ERM, you had been warned but as usual probably didnt take any notice right ??
More to come for sure and botto fishers should not start fishing yet.
CPF as always is probably the best devensive stk there is and any property funds paying around 7-8 per cent divvies should be no proble also. This morning was your last chance to get out with a profit unless you are medium term .Down down deeper and down for now,you betta beleive it,lets see ?? Medium-long,still bullish but plenty of time for surprises in politics,be warned,we are far from stable. S**T will hit the fan eventually for sure. THEN,lots of buying opps.

Got burn a bit with TIPCO, anyway agreed with Jhon plenty of btm fishing ahead...hv sold most of my 2 big banks KTB, KBANK last mth.

What's your btm fishing SET target Jhon?950-1000?

SET rebounded from 75 day avg today, after this drop some rebound is possible, could be even 20 points up to the 5 day avg, on the other hand 1145-1150 lies the horizontal support line which is good for a rebound as well.

If broken - and this should be just a matter of time unless foreigners are back a bit heavier than today - I am looking for the 200 day avg around 1160 to get in which would be a target of a top as well.

oops, 200avg is around 1060, not 1160

hope your right zorro but why do i get the feeling that we will go below 1100? this is where i will be accumilating again although to be safe,i will probably start just above. For your info I still hold all my CPF very firmly and so far so good. Property funds such as anything central pattana offers have a good track record regarding strong divvys regardless of mkt conditions have been consistent over the years.

At Tuesday, May 15, 2012 9:27:00 AM , Blogger JON said...

that 1060 looks more likely to me zorro, then should be a good time to fish,so buy, hold and wait, keep your patience >)In fact take a break til it happens, good to cleanse the brain sometimes.Last quarter as always should be the true rally and not the false starts that we will likely see in July, lets see ??

bottom fishing time both sides of 1100 but there are fish to be caught already if you are true poker players ? if you recall i have shouted many times CPF,CPALL,PTTGC,all big winners and i still firmly hold them, MINT,was another that was a big winner especially with the stock divvy which i fully cashed in on top of all y shares. target for that one again is 10+bht,its a creature of habit which i have nailed 3 times big style over the last 12 months. The ones that i have shouted that have under performed,i am still shouting IVL,GFPT,SVI,i consider they are close to bottom fishing, lets see ??
I am still well invested as i always hedge my bets but have plent of wedge to re-invest if my call is right, time for a correction or i stand corrected LETS SEE ???june oh JUNE,I cant wait ??

Yesterday almost 20 points rebound to the 5 day avg but now back testing the 75 avg for the 3rd time.
I guess it will fail in the afternoon, could see some panic selling.

Watch out if there is a rebound at 1145-1150, otherwise stay away till 1060-1070 is reached.

At Wednesday, May 16, 2012 12:34:00 PM , Blogger JON said...

correct zorro, pleased somebody sees scense and if it goes down too quickly, expect more downside to less than 1000,lets see,? of course there will be tempory rebounds but my advice is to keep away til after May

At Friday, May 18, 2012 5:35:00 PM , Blogger JON said...

so far so good .)),keep on the downtrend .) told u MINT was a creature of habit ,would you beleive nearly every broker calling a buy on that .)

Yeah, I was wondering if there will be now at the 125 avg any rebound or if it just falls through to the 200 avg.
I don't dare to buy though have an eye on NMG which could take off anytime soon.

Guys I wl start to buy soon, around 1100 is good enough..as usual pick up big banks kbank, scb while less confident with ktb now.

Few speculatives PM, RS and HTC if you dare :) Gluck!

ueda, better to wait for some reversal sign or at least the 5 day avg to be broken.
You know what they say about the falling knife.

On the other hand if the fall continues with the current speed, the top target of 1050-1060 and the 200 avg now at 1070 will be reached soon.

At Thursday, May 24, 2012 11:17:00 AM , Blogger JON said...

this could carry on much deeper yet, maybe around 900,so no rush to chip away yet

Waiting for energy sector, mainly BANPU, EARTH, PTT.

SVI is a good stock for long-term investment, Q1 looks excellent.

Back in, but might be just for a short trade.
125 avg held on closing, but it closed at tomorrows value of the 5 day avg.
A weak opening tomorrow and I will run.

Interesting so far.
Foreigners and Pro Sellers.
It's like a chess piece game, each group has their specific tasks and actions to take.
We've seen two days of late afternoon buying. A refresher to how instituitions work. They have a set regulations for what they buy, how they buy, and when they buy. They also have to control the portfolio ratios to certain regulations and adjust as necessary.
So we had a downfall, which reduces their portfolio let's say they required Kbank at 5%, now it has dropped to 4% they need to re enter to buy another 1%. Mutual funds work the same as well, and usually the cut off time is around 3 pm at local banks. Then the managers start to either buy/sell after that.
There are pawns, knights, bishops, and queens in this game. We as kings, should understand each of their motive and how it affects the market and be the wiser one. :)

Ahh,there is another 1 eyed man out there, well done Mascu for working out how the game is played.
the institutions were net sellers all the way up to the top (someone has to be) so of course they get caught short and have to buy back at some point. Any more chess players out there ? remember, the 1 eyed man is king especially in the land of the blind ten out of ten Mascu.

Rebound could end here, if we close above the top line of 1150-55 the top would be cancelled.
Time to step back and watch.

Maybe I will get back in tomorrow.
