SNC: brokeout. stop tightly if chase. Good luck.
NSM: brokeout. Stop tight if chase. Good luck.
RASA: interesting. If try, stop at 6.15 Good luk.
NWR: It failed to take out the resistance at 0.80 today (1/10/2007). It seems a little tired and needs a rest (correction).
GBX: interesting. stop=1.42. A 8% loss risk. Good luck.
To Peter C,
I forgot to comment to your stock pick of TOG in the previous thread. Now my comment as below:
TOG - It has peaked at 3.38 on 11 Sept. 07 with big volume. Then it started a correction. After its resistance is around 3.38. If its move-up is really driven by fundamental factors, you can enter now because it is now near the lower edge of the uptrend channel. But set stop at 3.00
Good luck.
Scrt4u
Thanks for the graph on UMS. It looks like today it just took out an all time high now so is the volume enough to chase? (refer your comment in previous forum)
I'm a bit conservative and like stocks with good fundamentals backed up with good technicals. (But I'm still learning about technical signals.)
TOG seems to be on the move and fits that profile so will try a small bet with 3.00 stop as you mentioned. Do your charts show targets?
Thanks again
Peter C
Peter,
I uploaded another daily chart of UMS under the thread of Stocks discussion No.9 - 2007 where you can see I do not suggest you to chase UMS.
As to TOG, it seemed that the major punters distributed their chips on 11 Sept. 2007. So the recent rebounce is not charming. It's not easy to take out the resistance at 3.38. Be cautious.
scrt4u,
pls advice on gsteel please. thanks
SK
To Sk,
GSTEEL: looks charming. Enter with stop at 0.80. A 5% loss risk. Good luck.
LPN: we recommended this stock on 26 Sept. 07 when it brokout. If you bought that day, you should be in profit of about 10%. Now move LPP to 7.95 Enjoy!:)
RASA: we called this stock yestoday (1 Oct. 07). Today it brokeout as blindly guessed. Move LPP/stop to 6.75 Enjoy!:)
Warning!
RICH: This stock is our pride of call. It's already up over 500%. Now set LPP to 11.50. Enjoy!:)
EVER: pay attention to this stock. Interesting. Seems preparing a breakout ( probably UP ^ ). Stop 1.82 Good luck.
SOLAR: seems trying to breakout.
your adv on HMPRO, AH & PLE thx
ueda
To ueda,
HMPRO: It's been vibrating within a horiontal channel since 18 Jan.07(low 4.85 - high 5.80). Now the price is near the lower edge/line of the channel. If the price keep this moving pattern, it could possibly move up to 5.60-5.80. If you buy, set stop at 5.00 Good luck.
AH: brokeout on 1 Oct. 07. Chase it with small loss. Good luck.
PLE: similar pattern as AH. Enter with stop at 5.50. Good luck.
BBL : Aimed to be around 140 in 2 weeks according to various brokers.
TYM : Failed to break to 3.
You're pretty accurate on RASA secret, I'll be looking forward to learn things from you.
MDX: insteresting. Stop=4.70. Good luck.
KWH: This is pau's favorite pick. Shot up today as top gainer on SET. Very good call by pau.
Now move LPP to 1.42 and enjoy!:)
To seizhin,
Your stock pick DTAC gapped up, brokeout. Chase it with stop at 40.75. Good luck.
TGPRO: interesting. Stop=0.98
PLE: interesting.
scrt4u thanks for the flower (kwh).
What about s2y,ynp,tyong,mk,kmc,svoa ?
thank you
pau
To pau,
s2y: buy with stop at 1.58
ynp: Major puters shaked it down to this lower new price. Use small position to enter with stop at 4.10. If support 4.10 breaks, exit and wait for another good re-entry.
tyong: still slowly cooking.
mk: brokeout. It chase, set stop at 2.54
kmc: Move LPP to 1.13 or higher.
svoa: hold it, stop=1.33
scrt4u thanks for quick answer.
I believe samart also is worth to have a lock.
pau
pau, seems a little late. If you try, set stop at 7.85
PERM: seems warming up. Good luck.
pau, you should take some of your profit near the high of today. Now move LPP to 1.54 (gap) or higher for the remaining position. Enjoy!:)
To ueda,
AH: If you bought this stock today, now set stop/LPP at 13.50. Chart looks nice.
DISTAR: pay attention to this stock. Good luck.
DTAC: Releases it at 41.75 earlier. In the long term, I think this has the potential to get around 45-50 as well, might re enter.
TYM : Last day before jumping out if it drops.
Communication seems to go well today.
PERM: shot up today as blindly guessed yestoday. Move LPP to 1.04 or higher. Enjoy!:)
PYLON: keeps moving up as pau called. Move LPP to 1.90 Enjoy!:)
KWH: shakeout, get ready to re-enter when price is stable. Maybe tomorrow.
TGPRO: move LPP/stop to 1.02.
DTAC: seizhin, it's a pity you did not chase this stock yestoday. You see today it is moving up quite well. Move LPP to 42. Enjoy!:)
CCP: brokeout. If chase, stop tightly. Good luck.
KTECH: After 4 days of correction, it's rebouncing today. If chase, stop tight. Good luck.
SIAM: I hesitated to make a call to this stock yestoday. Now use tight LPP to lock your profit if it does not go up.
SUPER: brokeout. Stop tight if chase. Good luck.
DTAC: performed very well today. Move up LPP accordingly. Enjoy! :)
scrt4u what,s your comment on ynp,pae ?
thank you
pau
scrt4u, zorro,
would like to have some comment (both on TA and fundamental)on hemraj, uobkh and lh please.
thanks
cc
pau, my comments as follows:
ynp: Buy with stop at 4.10
pae: Buy with stop at 0.93
Good luck.
To CC,
My TA comments as follows:
hemraj: it is not bad fundametally. Its rally has lasted for about 10 months, up about 172%. If you buy today, set stop at 1.27
uobkh: seems in uptrend. If you chase, set stop at 5.00. It's a 10% loss risk.
LH: As far as I know, it's good fundamentally. But now it seems in downtrend. Of course you can make some profit between the small vibration (up and down).
GEN: It's already up over 30% since our recommendation on 8 August 07. Move LPP to 1.16 or higher. Enjoy!:)
SMIT: we recommended this stock in June 2007 when it was only 1.93. Now it's already up 23%.
MIDA: brokeout today. We recommended this stock last month. If you chase, stop tight.
Have a look at eastw and eastw-w1 1w :1share:4 thb so it's in the money but be aware warrant expires 27.nov 2007!
Also what about Pa?
pau
pau,
PA: I check it's No.1 major share holder is Natural Park Plc (62.5%). which was a broke company during the 1997 financial crisis.
Still in downtrend. Better wait and see.
True: interesting. Stop 6.60 Good luck.
Couldnt reenter for DTAC 2 days ago, was too impatient to release it.
Any advise for TYM and BBL secret?
seizhin,
TYM: looks better than two days ago. Set stop at 2.92
BBL: Did you see the lows keeps moving up. Looks up. Move LPP to 113. Good luck.
Kimeng saig KSL take profit...well this stock shoot up 10%, not really accurate huh

scrt4u, AH losing strength i doubt they can go further, not bad sold out +4% last wk
how about SINGHA, SICCO, CCP thx
ueda
Answers to your all questions:
KSL: kimeng said "take profit" but it shot up today. So you have to make your own judgement next time.
Actually it brokeout on 5 Oct. 07. Todya it gapped up, very strongly! Move LPP to 13.50 or higher.
CSP: still cooking. Remember set a small loss stop acceptable to you.
KCE: in uptrend. Move LPP to 4.0
TRC: brokeout on 5 Oct. 07. Move LPP/stop 4.74.
SNC: seems moving up. Set stop/LPP to 13.00
AH: still above 10 das moving average line. Has not pulled back 50% yet. If you sold it for 4% profit. It's good. Don't blame yourself for selling early.
SINGHA: Move LPP to 2.68 or higher.
SICCO: Move LPP to 4.10
CCP: has shaked out for two days. Maybe just a short-lived shotup.
SCP: interesting. Good luck.
TRUE: aha, we called this stock last Friday (5 Oct. 07) and it brokeout today. Move LPP to 7.10 Enjoy!
TMB: it gapped up today. Chase with a stop at 2.03 Good luck.
To your question:
MBAX: seems trying to breakout. Set tight stop if you chase.
PPM: seems trying to break the "shoulder+head+shoulder" pattern. If you chase, set tight stop. Good luck.
Scrt4u
Can you please comment on the technicals of SAT, UEC, CCET?
These look good on a fundamental basis in my view but I'm still learning technical.
Waiting for a signal to buy UMS if any.
Peter C
scrt4u
pls explain "gapped up".
thanks
CC
To Peter C,
My TA views as follows:
SAT: It's up 70% since our recommendation on 30 Jan. 2007. It seems moving up along 70 days moving average.
UEC: It's already up 480% since Oct. 2006. It seems the tail of the fish. If you would like to chase, you better use small position and tight stop befor you set up a profit cusion.
CCET: It seems building a punting platform around 6.85. If you love this stock, enter with stop at 6.85.
Good luck.
UMS is teasing your greed. If I were you, I would use small position to chase anytime, or play other stocks.
To CC,
"gapped up" = the low price of the day is higher than the price of the previous day. Take TT&T as an example, the high on 5 Oct.06 was 1.95 and the low of 8 Oct.06 (today) is 2.04. There is a gap between the low and the high. When there is a gap up, there must be some factor that push the price to go up so strongly, usually good expectation or good news.
To Peter C.
When a stock is in an uptrend, you can enter any time theoretically, the difference is only the profit you make more or less. If you enter early, you make more profit; if you enter late, you make less profit. The reason we set a small loss stop is to prevent us from suffering from big loss if the uptrend reverses.
Since you seem a value investor, you must know something like "DCF method", "multiple methods" or "balance sheet method" to assess the real value of the company's stock.
Therefore if you think UMS is worth a higher price than the present market price, you are advised to bravely chase this stock with tight stop.
i noticed CSL vol is very high than normal but price remain in tact!
any idea what will happen next??
kimeng and other broker recommend buy on HMPRO but this stock going nowhere since I bought 5++
sam
any comments what happen to nep and nncl ?

I agree, i make a call on all the stocks, but make sure to ahve a stop loass line, and if it goes up, i will say i recomended it. and if it goes down, i will blame u why u didnt cut loss, HAHAHAHAHAHAHA
bunch of losers
To anonymous : first of all who forced you to follow scrt4u's advices? Someone with a gun at your back ? It's YOU who make the bet's !
And with everything in bussines you have to work on it and not behave like I see it in my trading room "investors"arrive at 10.30 am have alook at their port, read free paper, have a cup of coffee ,look Tv and after one hour or so rush to the beach or to meet friends .
If it's that easy everyone would be a billionaire !
Fyi I made quite some nice money lately with scrt4u's advice on nwr, kwh, true.
But believe me I had my share of loosing mony in the SET and learned things by heart.
Btw I'm happy with the words of Hungerians famous Stock Guru the late Kostolany " I loos 4 times and win 6 times out of ten with that two!percent I can live "
pau
any news on nncl? why has the share dropped so much in two days?
what is ur view on DISTAR, can I still hold that?
To anonymous,
Distar: if your position is not big, hold and double average when it breaks 0.53. If your position is big, reduce your position now.
It seems the punter is doing a shake out befor pushes it up. If you cannot take the risk. Cutloss now.
NNCL: cut loss or reduce your poisition now. If it cannot be stopped around 2.08, exit.
To Scrt4u
Don't worry about the critics here, most value your advice.
Thanks for your recent advice. I did chase UMS and very glad I did.
Could you possibly repost the latest chart as I don't have access to any decent graphs (my broker does not have unless you visit their office)
Many thanks
Peter C.
To sam,
When you see big volume and the price remain intact, that means the price will break out (up or down). If the price is at the low area, it will break down; if at high area, it will break up. Yestody CSL had big volume trade, you should glue your eys on this stock at today's open. When you see it is going up, BRAVELY chase it. Chase it with tight stop. Good luck.

My CSP avg 2.28. TT&T avg 1.56 big position, and NWR avg .75...can you help me please.
Thank you
Somboon
To Peter C.
Today UMS gapped up and is making a big candlestick. Good sign that the punters will pushes it higher. Move LPP to 32.00. If 32 breaks down, take some profit and re-enter when price is stable again. Great chase!!!
To soonboon,
Please read our disclaimer first before you consider our advice.
Now my comments as follows:
CSP: your avg 2.28. Don't worry about this stock. If this stock can go up to around 5, you can profit over 100%. If higher, you make more. Sooner or later it will go up to 5 or higher. Hold it patiently.
TT&T: Your avg cost is 1.56 with big position. This stock is now in uptrend. Because its weight in your portfolio, you'd better do somthing to average down your cost. I guess it will go up for this week. Hold your shares. When the candlestick becomes red near this Friday, sell 30% of your total shares. After correction, buy back again and sell 30% again when correction starts again. By selling high and buying low 1/3 of your total shares several times, you can average down your cost.
NWR: Your cost is avg .75. This stock's RSI is over 80, it's overbought. It also seems forming a double top at 0.80. I suggest you sell it. After it breaks 0.80, chase it with small loss stop.
Please make your own judgement, I am not gunning to your head to follow my advice.
loxley: zorro advised to try this stock on 1 Oct.07 when it's only 1.96. Today it broke out. Up 8%. Target 2.3 -2.40
-----------------------------------
zorro said on 1 Oct.2007:
Loxley: just broke recently above all major averages, worth a try. next stop around 2.3-2.4
-----------------------------------
any news on JAS
had volume earlier this month but has slowed recently, is it cooking again?
nice jump on SNC today. Have you got a res?
ASP in nice uptrend after XD, any comments?
JUTHA any comments
thanx Geno
To Genco,
JAS: still cooking. Stop 0.45
SNC: res probaly around 16.50.
ASP: Res around 4.50 Today it broke out. Move LPP to 4.04
Jutha: waiting for a breakout.
Ditto on pau's words, well said.
RRC : Going well today, now let's see if it'll break above 25 and outmatch KEST.
I've been aiming on CSP ever since your recommendation a week ago.
I'll keep an eye in this and jump in well it starts heating up.
scrt4u,
pls comment / update on GSTEEL and INOX please.
thanks
CC
To Peter C.
Thanks for your kind words. I uploaded another UMS daily chart under "Stocks discussion No.9 - 2007". Click the chart to enlarge and you can see my comments. I think you'd better to get access to the chart of SET. If you do not have chart, it's really very inconvenient to learn TA.
pau, thanks for your kind and encouraging words.
It's an excellent quotation from the Hungerian famous Stock Guru, the late Kostolany.
To CC,
Connect the three lows on 16/08/07, 17/09/07, 09/10/07 and you can see that the price is testing the uptrend support line. If it breaks this suport line, reduce your position(if big position). Or if you would like to take more risk, you can hold and double average down when it beaks 0.78. After double average down, set a small loss stop. If the price further falls down and your loss stop is triggered, exit and surrender to the major punters.
If you are not sure what you are doing, don't take the risk.
Hope helpful.
To CC,
INOX: it seems preparing a rebounce. Support seems at 1.20. If you have this stock, set stop at 1.20. Good luck.
SPALI: this is a fundamentally sound stock. Now it's interesting. If you try, set stop at 3.80 Good luck.
scrt4u,
thanks lot for advice. hope u won't be discourage by those criticism... looks forward to learning more from u guys on stock trading.
CC
Ouch - I sell NWR at .79
Somboon
BBL making a move
looks like 140 could be likely in a few weeks if volume increases.
To Somboon,
I said yestoday:
---------------------------------
NWR: This stock's RSI is over 80, it's overbought. It also seems forming a double top at 0.80. I suggest you sell it. After it breaks 0.80, chase it with small loss stop.
---------------------------------
When you noticed it took out resistance at 0.80 this morning, you should bravely chase it.
GBX:
brokeout. If you did not buy some before, chase now with small loss stop. Good luck.
Proof as below:
----------------------------------
scrt4u said...
GBX: interesting. stop=1.42. A 8% loss risk. Good luck.
Monday, October 01, 2007 5:04:00 PM
----------------------------------
RASA: this is also a fundamentally sound stock. After pulling back about 50%, it seems to preparing a rebounce again. Move LPP/stop to 6.60 Goodluck.
To CC,
UOBKH: You asked for my comment on 5 Oct. 07. Did you chase it? It gapped up today. What is a gap-up? Today's low is much higher than yestoday's high. There is a gap between them. If you did chase on 5 or 6 Oct.07, you are now in profit of 11%. congradulats! Now move LPP to 5.9 or higher.
Proof as below:
---------------------------------
uobkh: seems in uptrend. If you chase, set stop at 5.00. It's a 10% loss risk.
Friday, October 05, 2007 12:38:00 PM
----------------------------------
TTA: today it broke out and gapped up. Dare to chase? If you are not sure, just watch it dancing.
To Anonymous,
Yes BBL has been making move-ups. Resistance seems around 137. Good luck.
any comment on prin?
LANNA: This stock make a strong candlestick today. Resistance probably around 21.30 Good luck.
To your question,
PRIN: buy with stop at 3.00 Good luck.
pau,
PLE: shooting up today. Move LPP 5.80 Enjoy!
PICNI: interesting.
solar: brokeout.
DTAC: trying to breakout in the last 10 minutes b4 close
Scrt4u, back after a long time, any good picks to ride the rally? Which bank do you like the most in technical terms? and finance companies? Kest asp??
Thanks,
KM
P.S- Still holding my TSTH btw, is it finally gonna break out above 2 after resting?
KM, welcome back.
BBL: looks nice now. If you buy, set stop at 121.
KEST and ASP are all in uptrend, but they are nearing resistance.
TSTH: I checked its 5 years wkly chart. I do not know if it can take out the resistance around 2.02. The resistance area is between 1.93 - 2.02.
How about your TRUE? It's now in a small rally again. If you have it, move LPP to 7.50 or higher.
scrt4u,
pls post where u find stock's 5 yrs chart (or anything more than a year), i can get only a 1 yr chart from my brokers' site. thx in advance.
CC
I bought PTT at 342 and in the last minute it somehow dropped unexpectedly to 338.
Any advice on this ?
With the unexpectedly strong foreign investors, do you think SET is still capable of going up ?
To seizhin,
PTT: Your loss is about 1%, a small loss, needless to worry.
It's in uptrend but its price is already in the high area. It has tried 3 times to take out 342 resistance but failed. I suggest you sell it tomorrow if it can not breakout (up). I think BBL is better than PTT now.
---------------
SET prediction:
---------------
The previous high of SET was 895.63. Now SET high is at 879.51. Could it take out the previous resistance? I do not know because it's difficult to predict. SET index is a combined calculation of a group of weighting stocks, such as BBL, PTT, etc... When SET is up, most stocks goes up. When SET falls, there are still some stocks that go up. If your stock pick is fundametally sound and already at the history low, it won't fall even set goes down. SET index is not the most important factor in my stock hunting system.
To CC,
If you open an account with any one of the Thai brokerage firms, you can have access to their charts free of charge.
hmm sold AH & PLE too early, still keep MAJOR, LANNA
your view on ROBINS and TVO pls thx
ueda
To ueda,
ROBINS: set stop at 10.75
TVO: Resistance around 15.70. It seems needing a correction. Stop at 14.90.
I asked you about EGCO a few days ago when it was only 113
Now I would recommend SCC as its yield is the highest among those heavy weight stocks i.e., PTT, BBL, BANPU, PTTEP and even EGCO
Good Days
long time no post here
I think its time for SET to move beyond 900
I hold BBL - bought since 112 and patiently keep it
I would invest further in SCC as recommended
posted by CHEAP
I don't think that when SET is up most stocks will go up. Foreigners or big investors will invest only in the leading stocks and most of them are big caps. I noticed that many small stocks are going nowhere as resources are limited.
scrt4u,
Please comment on SSI, NSM and CENTEL. Thanks
I'm trading with UOB Kayhian and TISCO, will check their site again...
Thanks
CC
I don't want to frighten you but I believe that both GSTEEL and NSM will have the big trouble within the next 3 years when NSM may finally be closed and GSTEEL will be traded below 0.60 a share. The Thai/Japan FTA is the main cause and pressure on price momentarily.
Saeng
Saeng
Thanks lot for your input.
CC
beware PLE! still Notice Pending on 2ndQ & might report lower result due to their subsidiary problem
scrt4u what's your comment on iec,svoa,nep,asimar?
Thank you,
pau
To Saeng,
NSM:
GSTEEL:
Within next 3 year, there will be enough time to speculate NSM and GSTEEL to a higher price than now.
To CC:
NSM: move LPP to 0.33
GSTEEL: Stop at 0.80
SSI: Has already be moving up. Move LPP to 0.98
CENTAL: in uptrend but near resistance area between 6.40 - 6.45.
UOB Kayhian and TISCO have their charts for their customers to access free of charge, I think.
To CHEAP,
Welcome back. I appreciate your posts. Be more active.
SCC: check its 5 years weekly and monthly chart, you can see it's been vibrating within a slightly up channel between 195 - 286. Now it is nearing the upper edge of the channel. There are 4% profit before meeting the upper edge of the channel.
To pau,
iec: seems trying to break out (up) after pulling back about 50%. stop tight.
svoa: If my memory is correct, Tingtong asked me about this stock last month, I suggest BUY. Now it keep moving up for 3 days, up 10%. Move LPP to 1.45
nep: seems in a rebounce after heavy fall. Buy with tight stop. It's a little risky but stop tightly.
asimar: seem trying to break out the flat flag pattern. Buy with tight stop.
Good luck.
PLE: I comment on the following post:

beware PLE! still Notice Pending on 2ndQ & might report lower result due to their subsidiary problem.

This is the tricks usually used by the bighands or insiders to frighten you (small retailers) not to compete with them for the cheap stocks. Bighands has been building a "bottom" for almost one year. The recent new bottom 5.30 is most probably the last shakeout before it moves up. Target 6.50 or higher.
This is only my blind guess. Make your own judgement. Good luck.
To Peter C.,
UMS: this stock made a 2nd gapup today and the candlestick looks like a "shooting star" as well as trade volume decrease. Usually after 2 gapups, the stock is nearing a top. Get ready to reduce your position. Now move LPP to 34. Enjoy! :)
scrt4u thanks for your comments.
pau
Solar: moving up well as we expected. Move LPP to 3.08 Enjoy! :)
TRUE: moving up well as we expected. Move LPP to 7.70 Enjoy!:)
PLE: move LPP to 5.85
YNP: Moving up steadily as we blindly guessed. Move LPP to 4.24 Enjoy! :)
GBX: moving up steadily as we blindly guessed. Move LPP to 1.60 Enjoy! :)
Scrt4u, many thanks for ur post. Yes i do still have TRUE but at 8.80, waiting.
Thanks,
KM
All heavy weight stocks are making new high like PTTEP, BANPU, and PTT now breaks 342 resistance, SCC is doing the same hopefully new few days.
BBL: move LPP to 124 or higher. Enjoy!
PERM: pulled back about 0.618, it seems no preparing another move-up. Stop at 1.04 Good luck.
If you want to invest in steel, I suggest INOX with Posco as now one of major shareholders
Chatri
To Chartri,
Thanks for your reccommendation.
INOX: Technically, this stock seems building a small punting platform around 1.22. If enter now, set stop at 1.20 Good luck.
MDX: interesting. Stop 4.8 Good luck.
BLS and ROJANA : both stocks brokeout today. Dare chase? If not, just watch how it dance.
TTA: If you chased this stock, now move LPP to 65 Enjoy!
To zorro,
I will travel for holidays until 28 October 07. I will leave for the airport soon. Please take care of the questions of our fans. Thanks.

tried luck on 1 day trading but got hit with HMPRO, SCIB, PLE :(
difficult to get easy money isnt it
sam
already comment "beware of PLE"
now PLE asking for report extension due to difficult to get TECHNER report
I once aimed for PLE but PLE had skyrocketted to 5.95 yesterday and Dow Jones Index somehow dropped, followed with a major 'selling' waves.
5 days moving average fell around 5.75 - 5.80, I recommend a start 5.60, we had to see what happens to the Dow Jones tonight though.
And since anonymous mentioned it :
Here's the report.
http://www.settrade.com/simsImg/news/2007/07033649.pdf
Please keep in mind that we'll be getting new official Government in December, so inevitably, SET will rise to 900 withhin this month and get to 1,000 within December, or February as the latest.
Hope you'll get your funds back by next week sam.

UMS : Looks interesting.
Demand over the share is very high, however the supply is low.
Set stop 30, resistance 35, 37.
PTT : Interesting.
please any view on GBX?
CC
gbx: tested the 75 avg and might fall back to the 25 avg at 1.53. buy now or on weakness and use the area of the 25 day avg a stop.
loxley: gapped up this morning at 2.3 and reached now the target i mentioned earlier (2.3-2.4).
with the high volume today it looks like a good time to take profit now at 2.38 and wait for the ghap to close.
if it can go above 2.42 it might be worth to chase it with a tight stop.
zorro,
thx for comment on GBX, sold part of loxley this morn.
CC
zorro i still kept AH 16.2 & TT&T 1.42
what should i do?so jealous that everyone make money while i m struggling to get my cost back
should i sell & switch to better one???
pui
to pui:
as I don't know your trading strategie it is difficult to tell you what to do. some investors who follow the stocks every day might want to switch in a better opportunity (stock that shows a break out) while others who are holding longterm should keep the stock.
tt&t: watch the slow rising support line since march and get out if it is broken. good to hold for longterm.
ah: in uptrend, touched the 200 avg at 14.6 which might be an obstacle, if broken the next resistance is around 17.
weakness today is not good so i would sell if 13.9 is broken (125 day avg) at closing.
gosshh K.Pui you bought those stocks at very very high price!!must be sad if I were you
just sold out my LANNA with handsome gains after bought last 3wks & switch some to TPC, KH
ueda
@pui :
Sorry to hear about your loses.
It's a sure gain profit if (nothing out of ordinary happened)you switchs to long-term shares such as PTT, PTTCH, PTTEP, BBL or the likes.
I sold AH, TT&T yesterday & switched all to KBANK for long term after my freind adviced me too
I am not good to follow stockmarket, anyway thanks for all the comment
pui
sold all Hemraj, ITD and part Loxley today.. looking at GBX, IRPC and PRIN. Please comment/advice.
Thanks
CC
is NWR in terminal decline again...?
LOXLEY good job well done!!
TOG might look interesting again
ueda
kbank: peaked at 86-88 twice in june and tested this resistance again last week. buying now is not advised, either after breaking the resistance or after a pull back which seems to be on the cards now. might fall back to rising support at 72.
gbx: as stated yesterday
irpc: 25 and 75 day avg identical, use as stop. i don't see much upside.
prin: now resistance at 200 day avg.; fireworks will start if 3.3 is broken
nwr: i would stay away, many different possibilities now: support at 0.73 and 0.66 and 0.60
tog: danmgerous as it is very high already.
bought S2Y 1.67 & still holding, hope continue to rise in coming days :)
how about ADAM, RS, CVD thx!
ueda
To Zorro, Scrt4u,
Last time I inquired abou UMS you mentioned that it was a 'shooting star' pattern. Today it has taken out the high again can you comment please from a technical view?
I noticed that free warrents were announced yesterday as long as we buy before end October. As previously mentioned I think this is an excellent growth stock on fundamentals but now with free warrents I would like to buy more.
Zorro can you comment on the warrents please? Thnx.
Peter C
Can you comment on UEC and TOG pls
Peter C
zorro just comment on TOG Peter...what i know this company is moderately good & still possible for further rising i guess if you buy at the right time
btw if we followed UEC from thaistock at first time, we did make money now :)
ueda
s2y: looks good, broke the 1 year downtrend using closing figures (intraday line not broken but less important).
next resistance around 2-2.1 and maybe the 200 avg at 2.5.
adam: the 2 highs in the 1 year chart at around 4.3-4.4 will be next resistance but in the longrun it looks bulish.
seamico techie says sup. 3.8-4 and res. 4.4-4.6.
i say it should have been bought on monday and tomorrow might be the day to sell already (and byu back later).
watch the rising uptrend since january (or july 2006 in the weekly chart), now 3.4.
rs: looks like the punters tried to push it today but gave up. watch it but buy only if close above 4.1
cvd: tested 1 year high today, rsi is overbought at 80. volume at 1 year high as well (peak?), weekly chart looks good so a buy on weakness (17.5-18) might be ok with stop 17.3 (uptrend support line since sept.)
ums: the price went up today with decreasing volume, a sign that this uptrend can not be sustained. maybe it is the warrant hunting and afterwards the stock tumbles down.
the 3 highs in may, august and october form a resistance line and this line was reached again today.
i can't comment on the warrants if they are not traded yet. when they are traded on the market i can tell if they are overpriced or cheap.
remember that free warrants are not really free (as soon as it is known that free warrants are issued the stock goes up and the warrants are priced in). After xw the stock will trade lower by the value of the warrant, so you own the warrant and sell it as profit but lose the similar amount on the stock.
uec: 400% up this year already…..a channel has been formed since june and now the stock is at the resistance line. it could be broken with a rally that lasts a couple of days only or it will trade sideways or down the next week.
watch the uptrend line since 29th of aug (now at 37.6 and the uptrend since june at 34. both are VERY important stoploss or support lines
tog: a buy on weakness still possible, but if the uptrend line since august is broken (around 3.1-3.2), RUN.
general comment: i won't give buy recommendations on stocks like the above that made a strong rally already, as it is necessary to follow these very closely. one can lose a lot if they start to crash.
other stocks to watch:
today it seemed that some cooking stocks were targeted (s2y and kaset). as the blue chips had a good run, punters will push now the laggards, so watch other stocks closely for any signs.
stocks targeted could be:
csp, de, mdx, mpt, n-park, nvl, q-con, sthai, tfi
and maybe:
iec (nice triangle), kmc, mme pae, super, tgpro
mida: could rebound from all time low, keep an eye on it
samco: buy if downtrend lince since july is broken.
zorro what's your comment at patkl,aj,jas,ever,ccp,psap ?
Too much of a request ?
Thanks
pau
also thx from me zorro, hope you don't get tired to give us your view :)
how about WIN & BROCK, try to find good junk stocks here :)
ueda
sorry, guys, caught a trojan and have some troubles. will try to be back by beginning of next week.
patkl: some increase in volume today but could not lift. as there was a strong rebound at this level in august it would be an opportunity to collect slowly share by share for longterm, especially if it reaches the alltime low of 2.
for the gamblers: you could buy now and use 2.4 as stop, closing or intraday, but with the rsi still high i think it will go down much further.
aj: always good for a 1 day rally but it rather looks like we will see a new low. forget it.
jas: is there a weak uptrend line since january? if yes it would be a good buying opportunity with stop 0.44, but the macd turns bearish. flip a coin if you buy or not and don't expect anything this year.
ever: connect april and june highs and the line touches the actual value now. buy only on breakout with strong volume as it is a bearish triangle.
ccp: buy around 1.2 where the longterm horizontal support is (see weekly chart).
psap: connect the high on 20.8. with todays high and buy on breakout. 25 and 75 avg are now equal and same as the stock price so it can go either way. next support to buy in could be in the area of 1.1-1.2 or much, much lower.
win: looks bearish, a rebound will stall at 1-1.05 (if it goes above this numbers on heavy volume it would be ok to chase)
brook: superstrong resistance at 0.9 = 12% upside only. downside could be a new low.
SINGHAAA??
zorro thanks for your comments.
I'll send you an aspirin for yor trojan!
pau
singha: looks bullish, volume strong and could break thruogh the horizontal barrier yesterday, but there are several resistances coming up: the uptrend channel since august, the uptrend resistance since may (around 3.2). Use either 2.8 or the 25 day avg as stop.
SINGHA & S2Y, you need to big luck to play these, once you miss entry point then it became more risky!
New to this place.
Great to see Scrt4u and Zorro spare time for alerts and advice.
Could you comment on TMB and BT..
Thanks
And
Zorro,
Your comment on loxley at this price 2.50 +/- please.
Thanks
CC
bt and tmb: just started to head down, tmb might do a double bottom at 1.5 but too early to tell, bt is unclear due to xr today.
loxley: finding support at 2.4 after short correction. buy with stop 2.4 closing or intraday.
very quite here :)
we talked about TOG, SINGHA, S2Y & CVD last wk & so far all looked good...anyone made money?
zorro need your latest view EMC, SAMART & THL thx
ueda
emc: is trapped between the 25/200 and 75/125 avg., not so sure how it will react but might be worth to jump in if 3.44 is broken intraday.
samart: entry should have been on the 19th when it broke the 25 and 75 day avg., today tested the 200 avg and failed which should result in further weakness.
breaking 8.45 intraday with rising volume should change the picture to a buy. lt chart looks bearish.
thl: something to buy in if it breaks above 1.8 or so, could make a new low now.
HI Zorro!
My question is STAR vs. STAR-W....which has more potential, or worth to hold the warrant anyway??
have a bit of both, from some time before, need some advice.
many thanks!
tingtong
the b&s value of star-w is only 0.11 because of the low volatility of this stock. that’s why i would not recommend to hold the warrant.
looking at both charts i would sell both anyway: star is going sideways since one year and the warrant is drifting lower. buy back if they wake up (volume increase).
zorro what do you think about ccet vs.ccet-w1 vs ccet-w2?
ccet got another 3 years contract from seagate according ke,
also what about nncl and nncl-w1 ?
Thanks
pau
ccet-warrants are both trading close to the b&s value (most of the warrants trade much higher and so are more expensive compare to the share), but w1 has a gearing of 2.9 while w2 has 1.3 only, so if you like warrants the w1 should perform better when the share continues its run and has a much higher trading volume as well.
just watch the uptrend line since march for ccet (use the closing numbers) and run if broken.
nncl-w1: iI would wait with the warrant until nncl can get back above 2.5.
the warrant is neither cheap nor expensive but for the longrun you should be safer with the share for the moment.
TOG climb steadyly. Fundamentals strong.
Thanks zorro for your comments.
I followed nncl since quite a time as kimeng recomends it strongly but either kimeng is not able or willing to bring nncl up.
I just wounder whats going on with eastw-w1 ??1
pau
eastw-w1 will be suspended during the next days as it expires on 28.11.2007
last trading day 29 oct.of eastw-w1

Hi Friends Don't just play small cap. Comparatively BBL is now very cheap
You know PTTEP's eps is still less than BBL's. That's why I told you that it is very cheap
Help me i feel left out of the rally, only energy performing, and i got no energy sector shares, please advice, thanks
Process
then buy banking stocks instead
Got those but they dont move, got the following:
BAY, KBANK, TCAP, KTB and KEST, ASP.
Zorro,scrt4u

Poured on BBL and it moves up slowly, lower than the last 895 index. It still have the potential to reach 150 in a long term investment.
It seems that most money were invested in PTT and BANPU.
For those who still has PTT ever since 14th Oct, it's time to consider selling them.
Now SET is poorer than a Casino
In the Casino, every booth is jammed with gamblers but in SET, investgamblers visit only Energy booth and no others.
Agree with you, BBL is slow but sure, first target 135
Hi everyone,
I'm back. Hope you have profited from LOXLEY and other recommendations.
------------------
To And,
TSTH: your avg cost is 1.79, you should hold it and set LPP/stop at 1.75 today. Good luck.
PTT: this stock has been pushed up for over 100% since last April. Now move LPP to 400 or higher.
Thank you scrt4u :)
Thank you Scrt4u :)
And
During my abscence, zorro did a good job! The following stocks picked by zorro, I think are worth your attention.
stocks targeted could be:
csp, de, mdx, mpt, n-park, nvl, q-con, sthai, tfi
and maybe:
iec (nice triangle), kmc, mme pae, super, tgpro
mida: could rebound from all time low, keep an eye on it
samco: buy if downtrend lince since july is broken.
RASA: this is also a fundamentally sound stock. In a TA view, it is charming.
Take good care of your own money.
Good luck.
PTT: move LPP to 420 Enjoy!:)
luckilly I switched to KBANK rather stucked with TT&T, AH. I m thinking to buy other banks BBL, SCB
